On the teams’ impressive run:
It has been a good outing for us in the last five matches, winning four and drawing one. I am glad we have hit form towards the end of the season, which is not bad for a strong finish. When the team is able to win three to four consecutive matches, then it means the team is in good shape. We have been a unit and fighting for each other, and this has been the secret behind our recent results. Last week’s draw was a little setback, but we are hopeful of bouncing back to winning ways.

I am glad to have had a good run with the team while on the pitch. At the beginning of the season I was not able to get enough playing time, but I’m glad much has come my way, largely in the second leg. As a player, the more matches you play, the more you gain confidence, which makes it easier to effectively perform, and that has been no difference for me.
On his take on the final league matches: We have three important fixtures to go. They are final to us because of the target that we have in place and want to achieve. It will not be a walk in the park since we are facing sides that are fighting for their lives to remain in the top flight and for the league title. Nonetheless, I have so much confidence in the team and I am optimistic we will bag the nine points, starting with the Vihiga Bullets match on Saturday.
